What we collect when you sign up

When you submit the notify-me form on this site, we store your email address, and — if you choose to share them — your name and phone number. We also record technical details about the submission itself: your IP address, an approximate location derived from that IP (country, region, city, and coordinates), your browser and device type, language and timezone, and the page you were on. If you arrived from an ad, we record the ad platform's click identifier (for example Google's gclid or Meta's fbclid) and any UTM campaign parameters in the URL, so we know which campaigns are working.

Why we collect it

To send you the confirmation email and, later, launch updates and a preview link. To understand which marketing channels bring people to the site, so we can spend our limited launch budget well. And to keep a record of abusive or automated submissions so we can filter them out.

Who can see it

Only the Omnow team. This data lives in a private database with no public read access — it is written once at signup and never displayed back on the site.

How long we keep it

We keep signup and attribution records until launch, and for a reasonable period after to evaluate the campaigns that led to it. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, email us — see below — and we'll remove it.

Your choices

Sharing your name and phone number is always optional. To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, write to namaste@omnow.com. We'll respond directly.
